Oh dear, it's Montreal
What is up with all of these bands tearing out of Montreal? The Arcade Fire is totally tubular, and now The Dears. This is making Canada really hard to dislike. What are the Anglo-Canadians thinking? They hate the French Canadians. This must really boil their tea.
The Dears are mainly known for the enigmatic front-man, Murray Lightburn aka the black Morrissey. Whatever... They, however do sound like they listened to the Smiths, but there is nothing wrong with that. In fact more bands would be wiser to listen to the Smiths.
